What is our philosophy?

“We believe in proper movement technique and applying relevant exercises to meet the demands of sport for now and long term."

After an initial assessment, we develop a specific exercise program designed around the demands of their sport and activities. These sessions begin with body awareness and exercise corrections necessary to perform movements in a proficient and safe manner.

Once an athlete is ready to move on we progress them into more challenging exercises and drills. Your athlete will learn the how’s and why’s to what they’re doing, as well as how to apply themselves attentively both in and out of the gym.

We work with athletes of all types. From dance to football, diving to golf, we can help your athlete step their game up to the next level.

We encourage teammates and friends that share similar sports or activities to train simultaneously. Below is a price breakdown for each athlete depending on how many there are per session.
