Individual instruction and coaching is especially helpful for clients looking for specified instruction regarding sports and health ambitions. Private sessions are a great way to achieve results in a short period of time and practice specific skills and techniques.

We have a very unique program at The Los Al Gym – especially for people who are new to fitness. We start everyone off with a complimentary 30-min fitness goals assessment. The purpose of this session is to get to know you, your unique goals and to determine if The Los Al Gym will be your best path to success.

During your FREE goals assessment we will:

  • Get to know you, your motivators, your drivers and current fitness challenges.
  • Match up your fitness goals with a coach who specializes in that area
  • Provide an overview of our unique training style
  • Give you a tour of The Los Al Gym functional fitness training facility
  • Determine if we will be the best solution to get you where you want to go!

Personal Training

60 min personal training session - $100 each
30 min personal training session - $60 each
10-pack of 60 min personal training session - $900

Sport Specific Training

60 min personal training session - $125 each
10-pack of 60 min personal training session - $1000

Small Group Training

60 min session (2-4 people) - $45 per person
10-pack - $400 per person

Sports Teams

We offer specialized strength & conditioning coaching for various sports teams (ages 9+). Programs vary from one to three 60-minute sessions per week, both in and off-site. Please contact us for more details and pricing.
