Who We Are

The Los Al Gym (previously known as Beach Fitness, Strength and Conditioning) was founded by Bryce and Barb of Beach Fitness, Seal Beach in 2012.  The facility was established in order to offer their own coaches and trainers the opportunity to own and operate a gym.  In 2017, this opportunity was presented to Marc and Alex, on the belief that the highest standard of training and a strong community environment should be the center of everything they do.  From this agreement, The Los Al gym emerged organically from the Beach Fitness family.

Our top-notch coaching staff are not only well-rounded and experienced, but we are passionate and very much a part of the magic and passion of everything fitness.

We're dedicated to constant learning and understanding the ever evolving “whys” and “hows” of training. We know that creating a fitness regimen that our members can’t wait to be a part of everyday requires more than just a well planned workout. It needs to be a great overall experience filled with safe and smart training principles, plus a whole lot of fun.  The program is unique, our community is genuine, and we're proud to serve athletes of all ages and levels.
